Sidama is the result of two artisan worlds where raw materials and know-how are the most important. This is how the collaboration between D · Origen Coffee Roasters and Cervezas Althaia was born. To create a beer made with the best of each one. Using a coffee that has its origin in Ethiopia, in the Sidamo region, and in tribute to the people of its town: The Sidama, we have created and named this beer, whose coffee has been roasted by our friends from D · Origin, and infused for 24 hours in the cold with the cold brew technique.
