Costa Este

Back in May 2017, cames our friend from Navarra Javier Zornoza, from the Brew & Roll brewery (Pamplona). They were awarded as the best brewer novel in Barcelona Beer Challenge that same year. We decided to make a new style of beer that every day had more followers: New England IPA or NEIPA. Today it is one of the most registered IPA styles on the market. This style was born in the eastern United States and its main characteristics are: a more moderate bitterness; predominance of citrus and fruit hops in aroma; a lot of body and silkiness in the mouth and a characteristic cloudy appearance. To achieve this creamy texture in the preparation, oats or wheat are added, or in our case both cereals. To this day we continue to make this beer that emerged from that collaboration, it was the beginning of a beautiful friendship and it has also become one of our most beloved references.
