Cap Blanc

Cap Blanc is a small paradise on the seafront, which has been home to all the peoples of the Mediterranean. As a frontier land, its inhabitants have coexisted with the land and the sea. They have been shepherds, sailors, and farmers. One night, the pirates landed in a nearby cove and scoured Cap Blanc in search of captives, then asked for ransom, thus capturing a young couple. Shortly after going to sea, a storm broke out that the hostages took advantage of to escape, swimming to the coast. The next day, they found them lying on the beach. When they woke up they told how a woman who had skin like fish aided them in their flight. In tribute to this woman with fish skin from Cap Blanc, we make this aromatic and low-grade beer, straw colored, bright, fresh and perfumed, with citrus and floral notes and a somewhat bitter finish. I must be a mermaid: I Have no fear of depths and a great fear of shallow living.
